System checker Stella Heartsfield ensures that malfunctions do not occur in the Anodize Band internal computer format and Terrence Chatworth assists clerks with lighter concerns connected to document creation, internet access, emails and spreadsheets. Web brand identity and content is handled by Rosie Pitsworth who has a history of working for newsrooms and publishers all over the world.

He was taken on by the company after a brief period working for another enterprise in a similar role where he attained the necessary skills to excel in the field of management. Sheila Goodman, resource manager, is in charge of the well being of both clients and staff and is valued dearly by all staff members. Her business acumen is unequalled and she boosts team spirit. Sheila is intent on bettering time management procedures and likes to make sure that customers get exactly what they want every time. Richard Jobson works in tandem with Sheila to provide extra support - he has been with the firm from the very beginning and has watched it prosper over the years.
A prosperous admin department is the key to the success of any business, which is why Monica Phillips runs a tight ship. In charge of handling documents, files and order forms to updates, complaints and enquiries, she is skilled at doing the lot alongside junior admin assistants Margaret Trouffeau and Martha Worthington. The admin staff have fantastic organisational skills and they are all required to work to tight deadlines, cover the reception room and smooth out any admin issues and concerns, which means doing business without them would be impossible. Felicity Doors is the fourth member of the administrative team and is the latest recruit - she is an expert at using computer software to the best effect after finishing her qualifications in information technology.
